My belief in the power of conversation has it's roots in my development and work as a Leadership Coach. There is an incredible capacity inside each of us to learn, grow and connect with our own potential. And sometimes, we need help accessing that capacity. As a leadership coach, I treasure the privilege to help others see their own potential and find their way to succeed.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim in his leadership coach capacity for almost two years while at The Clinton Foundation. Jim’s deep knowledge of executive coaching best practices and extensive experience allows him to very efficiently build a rapport with his clients and gain necessary context in order to quickly focus on next steps and future goals. Asking thoughtful questions he challenges those he works with to discover and capitalize on their own potential, recognize their discomforts or perceived weaknesses, and identify how they might begin to remove roadblocks that exist, or that they think exist, in order to grow professionally and be a more effective leader. Jim’s passion for his work and genuine commitment to seeing his clients succeed pushes those he coaches to hold themselves to higher standards while also equipping them with relevant and specific strategies for achieving their goals. Working with Jim is an empowering and, importantly, very enjoyable process.
